DoNow: What clarification do you need to further understand the FBD, net centripetal force equations or solving for an unknown value in a vertical rotating mass system?

AIM: I can offer an example of at least four design requirements that need to be addressed to create a working prototype for the balloon drag racer. I can identify and describe the centripetal force acting on a rotating system.
