Spring Force

DoNow: What clarification do you need to further understand the FBD, net centripetal force equations or solving for an unknown value in a horizontal rotating mass system?

AIM: I can describe the FBD and direction of forces acting on vertical loop type problems. I can describe how to write the net force equation for objects moving in a circle. I can describe the relationship between force and the amount a spring is moved from equilibrium and the spring constant.
