The Ladder

DoNow: Extend your arm and place an object on your hand. Relax your muscles to let your arm rotate naturally. If the object stays on your hand, what does this say about the object's linear acceleration and gravity? Does the object stay on your hand? Does the object stay if it is resting in the arm bend? Why?

AIM: I can describe how to solve rotational problems involving moment of inertia, torque and acceleration.

I took off #1 f from All About That Mass HW, because of space issues. We'll revisit on HW assigned tomorrow. You can still ask a question tomorrow.
